Arriving by Airport:  Flying into Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport (STS) is the most convenient option for reaching Sonoma Country Day School, located just ~10-15 minutes away by car (roughly 6-7 miles south). Rental cars, rideshares (Uber/Lyft), and taxis are readily available at the airport. 

Ground Transportation Options from STS (Santa Rosa Airport) to Sonoma Country Day School:

  • Rideshare & Taxi: Uber, Lyft, and several taxi services operate directly from the airport terminal.
  • Rental Car: Several rental car agencies are located on-site, providing the fastest access to the school.
  • SMART Train: The Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit (SMART) train has a station near the airport, with southbound trains to Santa Rosa.
  • Driving Directions: The school is conveniently located near Highway 101, Follow US-101 N to Airport Blvd in Larkfield-Wikiup. Take exit 495 from US-101 N.Continue on Airport Blvd
  • Use the middle lane to turn left onto Airport Blvd, Turn right onto Aviation Blvd
  • Turn right onto Day School Place

Driving Directions to Sonoma Country Day School: 

From US-101 N

  • Take the exit toward Airport Blvd from US-101 N (use the middle exit lane to turn)
  • Continue on Airport Blvd. Turn right onto Aviation Blvd
  • Turn right onto 4400 Day School Place, park in the gravel lot.
From US-101 S
  • Follow US-101 S to Airport Blvd. 
  • Take the exit to Airport Blvd. Take a right onto Airpoort Blvd
  • Stay in the right lane, take a right onto Aviation Blvd
  • Continue on Aviation until you arrive at 4400 Day School Place, take a right at Sonoma Country Day School entrance, park in the gravel lot.

From US-101 S
  • Follow US-101 S to Corby Ave. 
  • Take the exit toward Hearn Ave.
  • Take Kawana Springs Road to Farmers Lane
  • Continue up the hill onto the Sonoma Academy campus
