We have secured a limited amount of hotels rooms for AeXIS Conference attendees. Hotels are located in Santa Rosa, California and are about 5 miles from each campus (about 10-15 minute drive from each campus). The cut-off date for attendees to make their reservations is May 15, 2026 at 11:59pm.
If any guests wish to arrive earlier or extend their stay beyond the group dates, we recommend they book within the group block first, then reach out to nisha.patel@pyramidglobal.com for assistance in adding additional nights.
